Ordering and shipment

  • PACKING
    • We pack fishes in pressurized plastic bags, total four bags before being sealed in Cardboard Boxes, lined with 16mm Styrofoam Sheets on all sides made watertight with Plastic Sheets. Each box measures 59 x 42 x 29 cm with gross weight of 12 kilograms each Box.
  • PACKING CHARGES
    • Per Box U.S. Dollar $ 7.00
  • DELIVERY
    • We assure you of quick shipment on receipt of your valued order subject to availability of Cargo Space on the concerned flight to your destination. While ordering, please notify your telephone number, fax number, E-mail address and Airport of destination.
  • PAYMENT
    • 100% Payment by telegraphic transfer (T/ T) must be made directly to our Bank Account. However, we can also send shipments on credit after proper acquaintance with each other.
  • GUARANTEE & CLAIMS:
    • We guarantee only healthy and fully seasoned fishes of required sizes are being shipped. However, in case of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) reported within 24 hours of arrival we will either give credit of DOA fishes or can give replacement in next shipment. or
